Third day: Sacral chakra

Fourth day: Solar Plexus chakra
Fifth day: Heart chakra

Sixth day: Throat chakra

Seventh day: Third eye chakra
Eighth day: Crown chakra

Every day you will benefit from: meditation, yoga, dance, painting, massage and food, all based on the specific chakra of that day.
