Being your thoughts or having thoughts
Being mindful is not about stopping your thoughts. Meditation isn't either. It is about noticing your thoughts. Observing instead of being carried away with them in an automatic pilot. You will realise that you are not your thoughts. If you were your thoughts, you would be gone everytime your thoughts pass by. But you are still here. Even when it is silent. And when it is silent... there can be another voice heard. Your inner voice
